We offer a 7-day returns policy on all products. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

⚠️ An unboxing/unpacking video is mandatory to raise a return or exchange request — without it, claims cannot be processed.

Refund Process

Upon approval of return:

We provide a free return label

Item inspection within 5-7 business days

Refund initiated within 3-5 business days

Return to wallet (store credit)

Exchanges

Size change exchanges are available only for Rings; a shipping & handling charge of ₹250 is borne by the customer

If any product (across all categories) is received damaged or broken, an exchange will be arranged at no extra cost

Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video as proof

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange immediate replacement or refund.
